    The perfect baron time is when you catch somebody out or when you see some of the enemies are split you can rush it...dragons are easier to take, just a quick group with no enemy wards can be an easy taken dragon.

    dragon on lvl 3 and baron on 15min if you are losing or you are tie but never take baron if you are winning cuz enemy team can steal it from you and its gg for them

    Take baron if you ace their team or if there are only two alive members of their team.
    Make sure that you ward baron because of their jungler(Lee sin,shaco or evelyn can easy steal your baron)..
    Take dragon when ever you can, make sure that it's warded and that enemy team doesn't have any ward on it...
