    No doubt Vi is better in any part of the game.. Jarvan can only provide that Wall with caraclysm.. But nowdays almoust every champ got some sort of escapes.. So i would go with Vi just beacuse you cant dodge that ult + good dmg on q.. And also %hp dmg on w is great for taking dragon/baron.. So go for VI

    Since jarvan q+e combo got nerfed vi is better definitly.. Vi can lock on targets easily + her dmg is way higher than jarvans..

    Both are pretty much good, I prefer Vi over Jarvan cause people started playing Jarvan top as a new meta and he's quite strong there.
