    They are trying to balance khazix.. If they realize that 2 sec between stealths are too much they will reduce it to 1.5 or even back to 1.. We will see.. But for me hes not that "cant kill me" champion.. You have 2 seconds time to burst him down to 30% hp or less.. I think its pretty decent nerf.. Hes gonna be situational pick now imo

    And the thing about j4 is just that q+e combo.. They reduced its knockup range or width whatever you wanna call it.. But imo that is good.. Cuz you basically couldnt dodge q+e w/o a flash.. Wich is silly..

    I hate new nerfs on gragas,before nerfed at all GRAGAS was just balanced champ,not so OP at all..... I wont say riot havent got right if they nerfed him,i just want to explain it.... Why was he op? Cause he could KILL an adc in skills combo? Every apc mid can kill adc in all combo skills... I just,just dont get you riot....
