    Excuse me if Im boring, or if this is some kind of spam or a stupid question, but, what's the difference between posts and threads? and does a reply go like a post?

    A thread is what you've just created. Whenever you post somewhere, you post in a thread, and this thread is called "I need a bit of a help", since you named it that.

    A post on the other hand, is everything that's submitted in a thread. What I'm writing is a post for example. Posts are everything in a thread, and the thread itself is where we post. For example, if we were to put marbles in a jar. The marbles are what we "submit", making the marbles the posts. The jar is where we put everything in, making the jar the thread. I hope I explained clear enough :p

    And yes, a reply goes as a post.
