    With the latest patch of LoL came on new thing along with it: you can't have ranked team with players that are more than 1 tier lower/higher than you. So, if you are gold, you can have silver and plat in your team, but not bronze, diamond or challengder. You need to tell the tier you are in so anyone can consider joining your team.

    does that restriction apply to ranked teams too? what rank is used to decide the restriction, the team's rank or the team captain's rank? if the team is unranked, how is it decided then?
