    Other than the upcoming Lego Universe (which I already know I can't play because it's graphics are too high and it's gonna be P2P undoubtedly), is there a MMORPG (not a MMORTS style of game) that lets players or guilds build towns or forts?

    I'm not gonna post in the MMORPG section, because it's mostly dead, and usually the only posts I see there are in the MMO trivia thread.

    Well, there's new posts now, but the thing wasn't highlighted, and whenever I post there, I get no replies.

    zanpo comes to mind, no real playing, just building.

    Smallworlds.com is the best ever! You can build your own room, and connect them tomake a town if you wanted. (New rooms cost gold, which can be earned through surveys or Real Money.)

    Ew...Evony? No thanks. That boring game with it's prejudice ads doesn't interest me.

    I kinda meant something more RPG style but with city building.

    Yep Evony is a game that lures people into it with half dressed gorgeous women. :shame: as it did me, But Evony has nothing to do with the half naked women that it advertises. Its a Massive Multi-Play Online Real time stratgedy (MMORTS) and building takes place in real time. Meaning, sometimes it takes well over 8 hours in real life time just to build a building or two.

    It also runs even when you shut the old computer down for the night. So even when you are sleeping, with your computer off, another player can send a army to your town and seige it.

    I will never play it. But I think when a topic starts to revolve around Evony talk, it's time for it to end.

    Well, as far as gameplay, it looks boring. I could go out to a store and probably find a game with the same game style and mind set, but with better quality.

    But it sometimes seems like the thing people hate most about it is it's ads.

    I agree, Evony's ads are perverted, there was this one where you can increase the breast size of this half naked lady..I actually did it out of pure boredom T_T

    Though, I only dislike Evony, I can understand someone hating it: I had big expectations and then it turned out to be beyond boring ... and way too slow.
