heim is better at lane but in tf its very hard to positioning so for me better fizz !

why compare mid/top -adc ... but if you think that lucian top and galio top i think its better galio but 1v1 lucian should win coz he is mobility...
Now he is bad at any role ... soo my sugestion is to try other champ as jungle and as adc its usless to waste word for that xD

Its depend on jungler .... if early jungler give gragas kill he can easy kill her when ever he wants ... but if jungler give syndra kill syndra...
