    In my opinion, Annie is better because of her auto attack range (625), and it's easier to win teamfights with her and help your adc snowball. Plus, the game changing ult.
    That doesn't mean Zilean is bad, he's quite good actually.

    Vi is better, faster clear time and is more useful pre lvl 6.
    But! Hecarim is just amazing if you know how to play him. It's easy to steal baron with him, also. You just ult in the baron pit when baron is at 2000-1500 hp, their entire team is feared (jungler can't smite it), and you just steal the baron!

    Of course, not many people play him right now because there are better junglers at the moment, and people play what's best, they don't care if it's boring as hell as long as you can win games easily.

    Trust me on this, Hecarim is a fun champion to play and his ganks are amazing post lvl 6. He also has that gamechanging ult and W that's underrated by many people.
    If you manage to fear all 5 in a teamfight, you'll most likely win a game. About his W, if you time it right, you can heal for so much (once healed for over 1500 hp).

    tldr: Vi is better, but Hecarim is more fun to play and can tank the living hell out of everything. That's just my opinion
