    I think panth is better,ye Vi is nerfed but not too much, panht is cheaper , got good dive and engage.Good and fast ganks.

    Jax is good for begining. Everything that u do depends what positon are u playin(top or jungle) or type of build(ap,ad,hybrid), i prefer hybrid.You can tank easiely for the team taking that.
