    NA or EUNE :p
    But I would recommend NA, it is defiantly the best. Riot pays a lot more attention to the NA server.
    Eune is good, has some good players but has a lot of ragers,feeders etc. too :/
    Euw doesn't have that many ragers and feeders but its server is down A LOT! :p

    Eune is better for me then euw(there is best players in world but still you got sometimes to wait 1 hour to get on server bcs of too many ppl and there is sometimes really bad lag )

    the best server to play league of legend is probably EUW.
    Here are the best players, and all pro players from EU and NA got here accounts.
    But the biggest problem is ... euw server. Always some problems with it ...
    When they fix it ... it would be the best one ...
