    Best Tank in Lol in seasson 4 at last patch is Dr.Mundo
    Now he have better passive health regen and at late game its almost inpossible to kill...Try it yourself...

    Well if you're asking me best tank in season 4 is Dr Mundo,even he was nerfed in this new patches(not directly but by the item nerfs) he's steal pretty strong champ and can carry game solo... :)
