    That's pretty hard to say since I've built loads of things in Minecraft. On survival mode, I would say the best thing I've built is a huge castle in a snowy biome with an army of snowmen around the castle.

    I made a village that could inhabit over 40 villagers, it isn't really that fancy looking or anything but it did take some time to build. It was mostly made out of cobblestone and wood and it also had 2 wheat farms for repopulation purposes.

    The best thing that i ever built in minecraft was a mansion with full of redstones, probably those redstones that i made is credits from the youtube xd , cuz i'm not really good in redstone contraptions and any about redstones, just watching yt all day before, if i just mind to build a house and to party with my friends :)
