    You can buy it if you think you wont regret it. I recommend you to not buy champs with RP cause you can use it for RP which you get with your own money and not from just something that you get after every single game. Do what you really think that is the best for you and don't care too much for haters opinions, some will just say "your money is thrown away bla bla bla bla", don't listen to that. :D
