Cait is better option now

 

cait is better for passive poke play ... and good early ..
vayne is better late game ... but hard early ..

Cait is a safe pick, she has strong early game and a great range. Vayne is a late game monster, but she is harder to master since you have to have great positioning, to be able to use her full potential.

Cait is a lane bully, but late game Vayne will erase her.

 

Cait versus Vayne, cait wins early, but if vayne plays defensive, Cait will become useless.
Cait is big bully versus all adcs, but i vote for vayne bcs Damn Damage in Late.

Cait is much more better in early game,but in late vayne got more DMG and more skill of you know to paly her.I recomend you to ply cait because it is not sooo hard to play as vayne.

Cait beat Vayne hard in laning phase and she can snowball on Vayne easily, although if Vayne goes equal in lane, her transition into mid game will be much stronger.

It depend what you need Caitlyn is better in range combat also you can go thouch walls with E and veyne ulty give you some assasin ability with Q and you have stun if you hit W correctly.

 

Vayne easy carry game, Caitlyn hard.
