    Going to start penalizing anybody from chat who has to just give negative opinions on something they know nothing about and then leaving without doing anything else. This could come in the form of a chat ban and/or a loss of forum points. This is especially true if somebody has worked on something. Usually this is done by members who are no longer active. However, that will not save them from the smashinator if they deserve it:).
