    I think they do but in some games there are more hackers than legit players

    In some games are hackers > legit people, since they know that a little hacking won't ban them.

    You can't see if someone is legit or hacker. Only when they are known hackers or being seen by someone

    The hacker population is really small, relatively, but since just one hacker in a game can ruin it for everyone, their effect is rather massive. I think it's just a symptom of the times these days. People want to mess around with how the game works, do their own thing, take control of the system.

    Why they just don't go and mod up Skyrim or something, I'll never know.

    In my opinion, a legit player would be one that doesn't cheat in any way in a game, which includes not hacking or exploiting glitches, and in WoT, you can't cheat at all, and glitches aren't really that exploitable, so every WoT player is legit :) , therefore, the answer is yes :p

    Honestly I can't tell the difference. The MMORPG that I've played has had so many botters that it's hard to tell who actually farmed legitimately and who didn't, because it's heavily botted. Legitimate players do exist, but telling them apart from non-legitimate players is almost impossible.
