I dont know. Senna let me grab her buns even if I dont want to, but Lidra is a needy gurl (family rampaged, remember?). She's been through a lot of sadness so I will pick Cains because I like his practical way of thinking; cant be mourn over someone's death if you dont know his/her name.

Hard to say since most NPCs don't reveal anything about their personalities, traits, and backstory, just current stories about the situation going on around them. This is mostly true for earlier releases of the game before Ashfall was implemented. Ashfall does have a lot of NPC backstory though like how the people became DragonSlayers in the first place.

Honestly, I'd probably say Senna because her family and friends died in a dragon attack when she was young and Galanoth saved her, then she later became a Dragonslayer because of the incident. I do want to hear about Galanoth's full backstory though.

Well I guess we won't be seeing Melodia anymore in AQ3D. Makes me wonder how that affects AQWorlds' Melodia, if at all. I actually liked Melodia as a character, especially since her design is unique. I'm assuming Serenity, Melodia's replacement, is just a placeholder until she (Serenity) gets a redesign just like the Class Trainer NPCs.

 

Yep, Vane straight up unmade her. Pretty bad way to go. Let's hope Vane won't be abusing his powers too much or else there won't be anyone to fight him. Wouldn't his power technically erase us too though? By the description it does seem like it but of course Vane won't use it against us because we can't die but it's not about death, it's about unmaking which should lead to our demise.

 

Probably a flaw in story logic, but is being "unmade" even the same as death, or is it just a way of unexisting without the experience of death? Like Death gave us the ability to be immortal from death, but if Vane has to ability to "unmake" any person he chooses without it really being death, wouldn't the hero actually be vulnerable to Vane? I felt like this could have been explained better.

 

From what I gathered from that cutscene, the progress of unmaking causes the victim of it to cease existing and just disappear to thin air. It's not about death at all which would lead our character to get erased because we are not immune to being unmade are we? It's definitely a story logic error and that's for sure.

 

Idk, I really like Cysero but that one dude in the mousehole parkour is pretty dope too.
