    Viktor, becuase he can place w under himself and that will stun Fizz and than Viktor would just burst Fizz.

    A lot of hard choices ... both were very good and for solo and for the team. Fizz is simply Assassin and can easily make a huge blow ADC and APCs. While Victor has a oneshot from brutal combo ER large AoE DMG and is really very useful and strong .
