Actually, most of the EU players are very pissed by this. Why? Because we were promised a special just as good as the one American server got prior to E3, where all you had to do was play 200 battle during 5 days, and you would get 5000 gold on your WoT account + if you were in top 10 by number of kills or targets destroyed, each day you could get another 1750 gold. And instead we get this.

 

nope, but we were promised we'd get a similar special for gamescom, and instead of that, we got this one which is about 10-20x weaker, so EU community felt pretty let down by it

 

Yes we actually have got that one, it's just bit hard to find info about it cause they're hidden quite well in the official forums, which are sort of a mess xD

 

Well I did actually, for this very challenge from start of this thread. I only won for one out of 6 days, but considering I only managed to put some serious time into game for that one day, I'm content with that , 300 tokens for stage II of WoWp open beta, and 300 gold for WoT, not bad

Objective: Be one of the "Top 100" players who destroyed the most ground targets

Times: 00:01 PDT on August 30, 2013 to 23:59 PDT on August 31, 2013
Reward: 600 for World of Tanks

Earn Your Wings

Objective: Be one of the "Top 100" players who destroyed the most enemy planes
Times: 00:01 PDT on September 1, 2013 to 23:59 PDT on September 2, 2013
Reward: 600 for World of Tanks

 

I lacked the time as well actually, that's why I only managed to win on one of six days, it was the only day where I managed to play the game for over an hour

 

I'm sure that when US server results come in, they will show even less kills were needed due to smaller playerbase on the US. So yeah, these events are very winnable right now, at least while we're in beta, we'll see if things change after release
