Guide to Posting Screenshots

    Posting Screenshots via GameOgre

    Step1: Open your file manager and find your screenshot.

    Step2: Once you find the file drag it into the "Write your reply..." box at the bottom of every thread.

    Step3: Once it's uploaded you have to choose to insert it as a thumbnail or as a full image.

    Step4: An that's it! Just click "Post Reply" and you're good!

    Posting Screenshots

    Step1: Find Host (some are listed at the bottom of the post)

    Step2: Upload to said host of your choice, directions are usually provided on the respective host's site.

    Step3: Once uploaded find your image, usually you can then right click it and in the drop down select "Copy Image URL"

    Step4: Posting you screen shot

    To post a screen shot scroll to the bottom of the thread and click Insert Image which is in the boxes above "Write your reply...", once you click Insert Image a box like this will come up:

    In the box paste the URL copied in Step3 and click ok.

    Now all you need to do is click Submit Reply and your screen shot will be posted.

    NOTE: If you know of alternative photo sharing sites post them in this thread and I'll add them to the list below.

    I agree. Its a great guide:).

    Yes, you can add game screenshots to pretty much any thread if you want. The bragging right thing is just for showing off your character in a particular game.

    Guide Updated

    Made it a little more Mac user friendly and added another photo sharing site.:)

    EDIT:Sweet my 1,000 post! It looks so beautiful.:D And just in case please no posting about my 1,000 post in this thread.

    I would also suggest an area so you post your image on GameOgre yourself.

    Upload through gameogre
    right click picture after uploading (or copy image URL)
    copy link from picture
    paste link using "insert image"

    Just a suggestion :)

    I don't quite understand, the first part of the guide is for posting screenshots uploaded through GameOgre.
