    RITO gives curtain amount of acc from time to time, u just need to know when they will give it next time, it last only few days, and i believe mby 3-4 times in year (not sure for this). But cause ur from Europe u will have always ping 200 (i never had under 200) and i is quite laggy there

    why ppl want these acc ... just because they have 100k rp and 100k ip ... ?
    Do you realize that you are playing a buged game ... ? Bug bug bug everywhere ...
    And bugged game is not fun to play ...

    I use to buy champs just to test them, to know their strength and weakness, i end up with 30+ champs that i played once or twice, i spent so many pts for nothing. Now when i wana know something, i go on PBE and try it. I never played normal, always custom or bots, cause bugs, but i can see there what do i need, without spending pts. Also cool thing is when new champ is released i know how to play him or vs before it even comes out on live

    Yea that is a plus ... for testing ..
    But myna ppl dont know that pbe server is bugged ...
    They think its the same game like the Live LOL server ...
    But they just get every month rp ip ... btw on pbe is no ranked system ?

    Yea i bet that many ppl play it only couse they can have all free skins especially in America, u can play Ranked games but i dunno how ranking works, all i can see that there is no1 in Chalenger tier, as i said i play only custom and bots
