    Rivens lane phase is destroyed since nerfs, and irelia is pretty strong at lvl 3, and post lvl 7 so she can easily win lane, unless the jungler camps her the whole game. Late game Riven is a serious monster that can delete you in one combo since her late game and item scaling was a little buffed, but still a 6 item irelia is pretty much unkillable, so i would say a good irelia beats a good riven. Hope i helped :)

    riven is op, but irelia is also, she is kinda weaker version of jax, irelia is very strong late game so as riven. and both of them are rly fun to play
