    It all depends how skilled Heimi or Karth is. Some people playing very defensive Karthus so he is useless in teamfights. Also, if you know to play heimi, you can stun karthus and make him run back.

    So, I'll say Karthus - because skilled karthus can do more for teamfights.

    Kind of an odd matchup since Karthus is jungle and Heimerdinger is top. I do think Karthus would be a better choice though.
