    I prefer Akali , all the Katarinas potential is cooming from her ultimate and if you have hard cc team she is going to fail so hard, and Akali is having nice burst and she can just go thrue the teamfight with her W spell so easy , thats why i prefer Akali. :)

    True, Kata is stronger and usefull ( in bronze ). In all others leagues her ult is almost useless cuz there is no team without alot of CC. Akali is op when her takes hexteach revolver, she can gank all lanes and carry her. If she is focused in teamfight she can disappear and refocus ADC kill him and again disappear.
