    don't save ip for rune , buy champs , and when u reach lvl 20 than start buying runes , and when u hit lvl 30 u will have runes and u will have champs so u can play ranked :D

    You"re 10 lvl , now buy Wukong , he is good at mid , top and jungle, just buy champions you dont need runes unitil 20 lvl, when you reach 20 lvl just buy runes Tier 3 and you will be god when you reach 30 lvl, Good luck :)

    If you play jungle, buy wukong. Wukong is very strong jungler. Now, maybe the best jungler in League of Legends. If you activate ultimate on enemy, you will win game. :) Riven is also good, but, for toop. Maybe the strongest 2lvl championship in game with stun. :)) If you love play top lane, buy Riven, if you play jungle, buy wukong. :)
