DuoQ is also good if u talking somewhere and you or your friend play jungle and u play solo lane,than it's so good

 

SoloQ is best for me, all my friends are high elo and that makes it harder for me because im not used to play with high elo players

 

DuoQ is better, but u need to have good premade

 

DuoQ is good if you play jungle mid-lee sin gragas

 

If you have a premade(adc/supp)then duoq.
If not then soloq

For me in soloq i can focus much better on my own play style and mechanics, if u play duoq be sure that u know ur duoq partner rly well, mid and jungle is best combo for duoq but if u want to get most of duoq u need to practice with ur partner a lot, till u know what he is cappable of and what will he do in some situations. Some of my friends got from silver to dmd 5 by playing duoq together and they are not rly on that lvl (they are stucked in dmd5 now) but they simply carried each other by 1 partner knowing what each another 1 thinks so thier team fights are rly good
