    Depends on a type of adc you are laning with. Either way, if your adc is counter to their, then go leona. She has a lot of cc, and it's pretty easy to hit them considering the fact that her initiation goes over minions. On the other hand, if you make mistake, leona will be useless, if they are fed, as Leona, you have no choice, leona just goes all in whether you are stronger or not.

    On the other hand, there is thresh. You have choice with him, to go all in or not, either way, if you have landed his q right, that person is going to be damaged a lot. So next hit of q will be fatal, whether he is ahead or not.

    in teamfights i give a slight edge to leona, cuz if you manage to hit 5 man ult, the game is over xD

    All in all, i consider thresh the best support there is, cuz even if your lane is doing bad, that lantern ganks are so op and gives the balance to the lane.

    But, as adc, when i come to lane, I'm far more feared by leona than thresh, but if i manage to take double kill, i know the laning is over :) and won ofc

    I think leona is better in all stages of game because she has so much enaging potential and ability to stun enemy ap/ad carry and hopefully win the game. One of the best supports!!!
