League of Legends Lore Thread

Sooo I was thinking... Opening a thread like this so everyone can post something out of the lore that they know about... Let me start:

I find it interesting that Katarina and Cassiopeia are sisters, Du Coteau... Their father was a famous General of Noxus, until one day he just disappeared... But before he disappeared, he adopted/accepted Talon into the Du Coteau family... It's kinda interesting

And also, the reason Tryndamere is full of rage is because when he was a young boy, some "dark figure" came and raided his family and his whole village I think... He swore he would seek revenge anywhere he came... But then Riot released Aatrox -- and it turns out he was the "dark figure" Also Aatrox has a special taunt for Tryndamere: "Tryndamere! My greatest creation!" - he destroyed everything Tryndamere had, and made Trynda use rage as his weapon, so he created the Warrior in Trynda

What do you guys think about League's lore? Is it interesting and convincing enough for you?

Personally, I mostly play games because of their plot and unique experiences they give. Heck, I even started playing LoL just because of Sona and her...lores So it's natural for me to first look at the game's story and play the game after.

On my phone I have a pretty awesome LoL app I pretty much downloaded the first day I started playing the game. It contains all information about all champs and items (although they didn't update some nerfs and buffs), champions' builds, skins, counters, and of course, their lore. Lore being one of the rare stuff in the app which doesn't require an internet connection to work, it has become one of the best things to do on my phone when I'm waiting in public, or riding in a taxi etc. So far I think I've read more than half of all champ lores. At first, it WAS kinda uninteresting and non-believable. But as time passed, I found out more and more things about Runeterra. Sure, it may not be as convincing as Azeroth or Tamriel, but this is a MOBA, not an RPG.

And lastly, Noxus or Demacia? I'm kinda leaning towards the Demacian side, because Lux : (it's kinda weird because currently I main Kata, but still)
