    Lucian definetly, he is nerfed and he is still OP. Jinx is good too, but she has a great pasive. With 2 items your attack speed can be 2.0. Lucian has a great double-shoot too :D

    ye they cut range on Lucian but, now he can E every single second you are now like lucian bolt... he have perfect cooldown reset and you can spamn this E all day, no mana cost just E hohoho auto attack passive, nice... jinx is good champion but i think that Lucian is better!
    and you have perfect Q clear minion wawe!!! awesome champion dont worry about nerf or rework whatever you call it :D
