    It scales better, and CC provided scales with AP, so she has more CC, making her great chaser, poker and kiter, while dealing extremely high damage, especially after she get's Lich Bane. She's also hard to gank, with slow that last forever, morphing, shield, speed buff and knock up ult, all on low cdr.
