    Im looking for realistic games settled in the present or near future which have loads of gore and mature content at all..

    Age of Conan Unchained is set in the past but it fits everything else you're looking for... it's not blood everywhere type of gore but it does have decapitations and what not. I'd also suggest The Secret World, it's set in the present or near future.

    If you liked Perfect World you could probably try Perfect World Entertainment's other games. I do think that Neverwinter is a game that's definitely worth trying, although it's not exactly a PK game. Most of the time you fight monsters with other players. It's still possible to play PvP in the game.

    Diablo was a great Player Killer game. It is hard to beat ears as trophies lol. Recently, I think Rohan is a good one for that.
