    For anyone who plays mage this should be a good build for cyclops.

    -less mana usage
    -can 1hit combo smooth heroes.

    Wow, this guy with an almost 90% win rate at 800+ games. But we should also take into consideration that his team mates are at the same tier as his to definitely lesser games to lose.

    Cyclops is OP for me when first released. Marksmen just blow up then fighters would melt because most of them are melee lol
