    Wow hard thing. I think that there is no game in that style. Only in Minecraft you can build everything you want :) But unfortunatly you cant ride it :(

    I know for racing games only, i can recommend you MotoGP, MUD, Harley-Davidson Road Trip... but dont know for any gae that you can build your chopa... :)

    MotoGP is a nice motorcycle game. Another game I'd recommend is Bike Race by Top Free Games on a mobile device, but you won't be able to build your own motorcycle.
