    But for dynamic websites you must use PHP :v I don't know PHP, i can only edit this version, just desing not more :v

    Not bad. I would recommend Illustrator over Photoshop though, especially for logo designs, because vector graphics tend to look more clean than bitmap, and you can create (animated) SVGs out of them.
