New in-game event in Einherjar - The Viking' Blood

In the world of Einherjar - The Viking's Blood, the turn-based web game developed by Appirits, Viking warriors fight till the death to earn favors from the mighty Gods. In return, the Gods will choose the best warriors who deserve their powerful rewards. And that is the theme of their latest in-game event called 'Hunt for power of the Gods' which will run from 12 to 26 December 2012 (SGT or GMT+8).



During the event period, there will be unique materials and items created for players to collect from expeditionary battles. Then players can use them to produce formidable equipment at the Event tab of Production section. Details are as below.

- (Spear) Gungnir: Gungnir (Old Norse "swaying one") is the spear of the god Odin. (for spear units only) Require material: Gungnir Fragment
(can be found at Black Forest and Alfheim)
- (Axe) Mjollnir: Mjollnir is the hammer of Thor. It was invulnerable and when thrown it would return to the user's hand. (for axe units) Required material: Mjollnir Fragment (can be found at Niflheim and Fog Mountain)
- (Sword) Freya's Sword: The magical sword of Freya which fights on its own. (for sword units only) Required material: Freya Fragment
(can be found at Shetland Island and Myrkvior Forest)
- (Bow) Ullr's Bow: This is the mighty bow of the Aesir known for his beauty and skill with bow and skis; son of Sif and stepson of Thor. (for archer units only) Required material: Ullr Fragment (can be found at Dublin and the underground temple in Lindisfarne)

Please note that those materials will not drop after the event's end date and those God weapons cannot be repaired.
