    Well I just wrote the whole review about it, but the highlight for an update is:
    - Lives don't work
    - Player's healthbar is needed
    - Survival mode doesn't record scores (you get a screen saying "your score is:")
    - If survival mode starts to keep scores, recording them would be excellent, we could actually have tournaments in this game
    - The jump attack does nothing and leaves your character stuck above the battle area for a few moments, usually landing you few moments later right in front of an enemy
    - More enemy types would be welcome
    - Ability to pick up other weapons than spears would be welcome
    - Player-customizable controls would be welcome, though the default controls do the job

    There, that should keep your developer quite busy :p

    Well fixing things that are broken should come free of charge, for example the lives and score after survival mode are both broken. Adding new content is where he can legitimately charge you, but not that much, maybe 20-30% of original price.

    As for the levels, there's definitely enough :)

    Ok, I asked the developer. However, he has not responded. I doubt he would do all of that for free:).

    Fixing the things that are broken must be fixed for free, he didn't deliver a working product, therefore he's responsible for fixing it, not the client.
    The rest of the things he has full right to charge you for, but as I said, not that much

    Well, here is the response I got for what you said to fix so far and I had to remind him just to get this response. If you want to point a tank at him for more, be my guest:).

    The most I could do is to not use him again since he already has his payment and positive feedback on what he already did.

    However, I did ask for a scoreboard by itself to see if we can have tournaments:).
