    By saying this, you're also including that you are one of the non-toxic players. Right?
    You are saying that there are players who have NEVER been toxic, including yourself?
    And, you are criticising Riot, even when they had given out so much bans and restrictions for unsportsmanlike players with the new Tribunal System. They've also created Hextech System to reward sportsmanlike players. I think you are wrong!

    That'd be very stupid and racist. It's like banning Americans from basketball. Players with lower skill than Koreans/Americans(in basketball) wont improve and wont get punished for their mistakes. What's the point then?

    Will they consider making League of Legends for mobile devices, so it can be played from mobile, but only against opponents that are playing also on mobile.
