    For me hecarim is better on the top because he can rampage with Q and ult poppy while she is destroying his turret,what is your opinion :)

    This is skill matchup, anyone can win, poppy is stronger before level 6, hecarim is stronger after that. But poppy can always ult him and recall if he is close to killing her. pretty even matchup in my opinion

    For me heca for sure, he has so much sustain with W, also in teamfight his ulty is much more useful, because its harder to dodge and u can get to enemy carries so easy, also Heca has so much more dmg then poppy
