    Olaf for me, poppy is made to stop champs with dashes or to cc them for combo, and since olaf cant be cced while use ulty and has no dashes, he is huge favorite here. Also olaf has so much stronger basic attack with all ability boosts and passive

    Poppy is stronger before level 3, but after olaf gets all his spells he wins... and wins even harder after 6 since he can ult and deny poppy ult
