    They are both good on top as a tanks but for me rumble because ekko tank is nerfed now,so ekko is low

    Rumble is not that good in current meta where tanks outscale him and dmg top laners crap on him in early game, he needs some buffs, and that's not likely and tp is getting nerfed which is gonna make him even less good since that is his only strengt in mid game... he could tp bot or drake for a fight and win it with his ultimate, now he will be even weaker, and ekko is one of the best top laners for a while so yeah, that is currently ekko but I believe that it will change in next few pathes :)
