    Since the previous thread decided upon a single troop cap, we must now vote on it. Thus, vote. Again, no random comments just saying which you voted for, poll is open so we already know what you voted for (oops, I meant to make it as such but I didn't hit the right button. Still, posts just saying what you voted for aren't much help).
    Based on the previous seasons' poll, and a lack of suggestions for this one, I went with a lower range of caps.
