    It depends on what ADC are they supporting. If you got Jinx, i'ts better to take Soraka because Jinx has enough cc and needs mana. Lucian is better with Sona because he is more agressive like Sona and deals mass of dmg.

    Hmmmm , Sona has poke , heal , movement speed boost and stun. But soraka has 2 great heals. I would go for soraka
