    Summoner's Rift now has a new loading screen background!

    Along with the new background, the loading screen player frames and borders have also been slightly tweaked. Notably, the ranked borders have been fattened up just a bit.

    It looks nice but when i was playing today it wasn't like this o_O it was classic but the blue,green,yellow and red "borders" (i know its not called border but i sont know how its called) were on top side
