    After every ranked game make some break 10-15 min check out why you won or why you lose try to make it better next game and never flame if you flame you make yourself nervous like other players in your team that will have in resoult lose :)

    I know all this im bronze 1 im i play for fun but i my mmr is for gold or silver bcs always have gold and silver in my team i main support but now im stating top in 15 mins i have 0 farm give kills to adc dont feed ward like crazy when baron spawns i pink him but noone in my team buys wards EVER the dont want dragon TO LITTLE GOLD i jsut want to stop playing

    I can't agree with tips 1,2 and 3. You have to be good at every role
    and know at least 2-3 champs for each role.
    For example:
    I main leblanc but lately she is getting banned a lot.
