    if you mean the rarest obtainable items in game i would say:
    1-Midas' Curse
    2-Soulborne Axe
    3-Frozen Core Blade
    4-Traveler's Pack
    5-Doom Riper

    The rarest items, mostly promotional items, ones that are rarely seen:
    1-Any kickstarter backer weapon (they are all unique)
    2-The set that Artix gives for people that he meet personally
    3-The dragon spinners, that may not end up in Heromart at all
    4-Some of the promotional closed beta capes (especially 2p and curse gaming)
    5-Items from pre-beta that may not return like the lv 12 Pale Shroud

    Cant do anything but notice no one mentioned red dragon plate... most people have it because the game is not big and once you reach level 17 and get full scale slayer set there is nothing else to do. But if the game was bigger very few people would have it.

    Frozen Core blade was a rare drop form the Boss in the hard version of the Frostval Dungeon, will probably come back as most seasonal items. Impulsive Cloak was a promo item during a convention, may come back in a shop like the Megacon cape.
