    New update verion is closing in short time. There are meny changes that for me are mistakes like removing 100mm D10T gun from T-43. Wright what not supose to be provided in this update or what supose to be added.

    In this article, we'll give you a preliminary overview of the changes coming with the 7.5 update. These changes are still being adjusted and will likely be tweaked even further upon review of the test information; that's why not all of the specific numerical values are provided just yet. As we draw nearer to releasing the patch, more info will become available.

    List of main changes in 0.7.5
    Added 3 new maps: Seaport, Highway, and Serene Coast
    Added new tier X medium tanks: Е-50 Ausf.M, Т-62А, M48A1
    Added new tier V French light tank: ELC AMX
    Added new tier X tank destroyers: JagdPz E-100, Object 268, AMX 50 Foch 155, T110E3, T110E4

    Added new premium British medium tank: Matilda Black Prince
    Reworked mechanics for shell-shocked crew damage with high-explosive rounds
    Reworked mechanics when hitting the internal module case; it will still deal damage even if the armour was not penetrated
    Fixed the game crash that could occur when leaving a battle to go to the garage
    Fixed density of some bushes
    Many minor changes to the UI
    Reworked matchmaking for most vehicles
    Rebalanced tier II & tier III tank destroyers
    Adjusted credit income and repair costs for some tanks



    Vehicle Rebalancing:

    Along with a host of other changes, there will be a rebalancing of a fairly large number of tanks with the 7.5 update.

    Tier 2-3 Tank Destroyers:

    Most of these changes stem from the fact that the matchmaker has been adjusted to give tighter tier spreads for most tanks. The tier II & III tank destroyers would be massively overpowered in these match-ups if there were no adjustments.
    Changes in Tier II-II TD’s of all nation. For all Tier II vehicles the top reverse speed will be up to 8km/h
    For all Tier III vehicles the top reverse speed will be up to 12km/h

    Т18: Corrected suspension manoeuvrability on certain terrain types
    Slight durability reduction
    Slight reduction of all guns characteristics (aiming time, dispersion on move etc.)
    Increased dispersion after firing
    Slight reduction of rounds per minute for the 75 mm Howitzer M1A1 gun

    АТ-1 Reworked manoeuvrability for the upgraded suspension AT-1
    Lowered turning speed
    Slight reduction for all characteristics of all guns
    Slight rate of fire decrease for 2 guns – 45mm 20KS and 57mm ZiS-8S
    Increased dispersion after firing for 50mm gun

    Panzerjäger I: Corrected the vehicle's chance to become visible while on the move
    Changed terrain manoeuvrability of both suspensions
    Changed dispersion on move after mounting upgraded suspension PzJg-Ketten II
    Slight reduction of characteristics of all guns
    Slight reduction of RoF for 4.7 cm PaK 38 (t) and 5 cm PaK 39 L/60 guns
    For PaK 39 L/60, the gun dispersion after firing will be increased

    French TD's and SPG's that were added in 7.4:

    French TD’s and SPG’s statistics have shown that they are over-performing compared to their counterparts from other nations. In the 7.5 update, characteristics for these vehicles will be tweaked for rebalancing
    Renault UE 57 view ranged decreased to 360m

    Somua 35 CA: slight reduction of 90 mm canon DCA 30 AC and Canon de 105 mle. 1930 Schneider AC guns RoF
    For all guns, except 150mm, dispersion on move and on turning increased

    ARL V39: Slight reduction of Canon de 105 mle. 1930 Schneider AC and 90 mm canon DCA 30 AC guns

    AMX AC Mle. 1946: Reverse speed decreased to 12 km/h
    Slight decrease of HP
    Corrected terrain manoeuvrability on soft soils
    Slight RoF reduction for all guns

    AMX AC Mle. 1948: Reworked terrain manoeuvrability on soft soils
    Slight RoF reduction for all guns

    AMX 50 Foch: Reworked terrain manoeuvrability on all soils
    Slight durability decrease
    Decreased RoF and accuracy of the 120mm SA 56 AC gun
    Increased dispersion after firing

    AMX 13 F3 AM: Decreased RoF of Obusier de 155 mm C mle.1917 gun
    Increased dispersion of Obusier de 155 mm C mle.1917 gun on turning

    Lorraine 155 50: Increased dispersion on move
    Decreased angles of vertical aiming for all guns
    Decreased RoF of all guns

    Lorraine 155 51: Increased dispersion on move
    Decreased angles of vertical aiming for all guns
    Decreased RoF of all guns

    Bat Chatillon 155: Increased dispersion on move
    Decreased angles of vertical aiming for Canon de 155mm gun.




    Tier IX Medium Tanks and Tier X Heavy Tanks:

    With the addition of new tier X vehicles the current top tier tanks will be in need of adjustment.
    M46 Patton: Slightly lowered balance weight
    Lowered suspension armouring
    Corrected the M46T80E1 suspension (first one) on soft soils
    Corrected dispersion upon movement
    Increased turning speed of the top turret (M46M67)
    Decreased view range of the top turret (M46M67) to 410 m
    Decreased characteristics of the 105 mm Gun T5E1M2 on both turrets

    T-54: Increased durability with first turret T-54 mod. 1946
    Slightly lowered balance weight
    Increased turning speed of first suspension
    Increased accuracy whilst on the move with first suspension
    Corrected aiming speeds for both turrets
    Corrected RoF for 100 mm D-10Т mod. 1945 gun
    Decreased RoF for 100 mm LB-1 gun on stock turret
    Increased characteristics of all guns, except the 100 mm D-54

    E-50: Slightly lowered balance weight
    Decreased durability when E-50-Turm Ausf. F turret is mounted.
    Slightly reduced turning speed when E-50-Ketten Ausf. F is mounted.
    Increased dispersion on move
    Increased aiming time of 10.5 cm kwK 45 L/52 Ausf. B gun and decreased its RoF

    IS-4: Increased vehicle durability
    Decreased dispersion for 122 mm М62-Т2 gun on turning the turret

    Maus: + 200 HP

    E-100: +100 HP
    +5% to accuracy
    +1.1 sec increase in reload time of 15 cm KwK 44 L/38 gun




    USSR Medium Tanks and Tank Destroyers:

    These changes became necessary in light of the MM adjustments.
    Т-28: Tank was overall rebalanced
    85 mm F-30 gun removed, research cost compensated as Free XP

    Т-34-85: 85mm D5Т-85BМ improved
    100mm D10Т gun removed
    Added V-54К engine.

    Т-43: 85mm D5Т-85BМ improved
    100mm D10Т gun removed
    Added V-54К engine

    КV-13: Tank overall rebalanced

    T-44 T 4485mm D5Т-85BМ improvement necessitated overall rebalance of the tank

    SU-85: Added 85mm D-5S-85BМ gun
    Removed 107mm ZiS-6S gun, research cost compensated as Free XP
    Vehicle overall rebalanced

    SU-100: 85mm D5Т-85BМ improvement necessitated overall rebalance of the tank




    Economy:

    Changes to the in-game economy started with the 7.2 update and will be continued in the 7.5 update.

    First of all, some of the Tier 2-4 vehicles will get an increase to their profitability. The speed of levelling through these tiers doesn't match the new concept. Players were able to earn the amount of experience necessary to research new vehicles quite fast, but they had a problem getting enough credits, so they had to farm credits over a much longer period of time. This problem has been resolved by increasing profitability and decreasing repair costs.

    Some of the US Tier 6-7 medium tanks are much better situated when compared with their counterparts from other nations. For example, the Sherman Jumbo and M4A3E8 Sherman have a very low repair cost and a fairly high profit potential. This allows them to often finish matches with a greater net gain of credits than VK 3601. We wanted to correct this imbalance. M26 Pershing players should be delighted to learn that their repair costs are being significantly reduced.

    The second branch of US Tier 5-8 Tank Destroyers, introduced with the v. 7.2 update, are more profitable than was originally intended. This is mostly due to the exceptional combat characteristics of these vehicles. This branch earns significantly more credits when compared to the original branch (ending in the T95). This imbalance will be fixed in the 7.5 update.

    The economic model of German vehicles of Tier 7-8 will be changed as well. Players who have Jagdpanther and VK3002 (DB) will be happy to hear that we're decreasing their repair costs. At the same time, the Tiger (P) will get the same profit potential rate as the other representatives of “Tiger†family made by Henschel. Also, we have good news for those who have a Löwe in the Garage, we're increasing the profit potential and reducing the repair costs.

    The M6A2E1 is also due for a credit increase and repair cost reduction.

    The profit potential for the Jagdtiger and Object 704 tank destroyers will be slightly lessened. They will earn slightly less credits so that their earnings are more in line with the other tier 9 tank destroyers.

    In addition to the Object 704 getting an adjustment, the KV-3 having been moved in the 7.3 update to Tier 7, turned out to have too high of a repair cost; this will be decreased. Profitability for the IS-3 is a bit higher compared to the other tier 8 heavies. We'll be adjusting the profit potential for this tank with the 7.5 update as well.



    French Tree Changes:

    With the 7.5 addition of a few new tanks the French Tech Tree is in need of some rearranging.

    With the addition of the ELC AMX, the АМХ 12t is going to be moved up to Tier 6. Its place at tier 5 in the Tech tree will be taken over by the ELC AMX.
    Case 1. AMX 12t isn’t in the garage at the time of the update release, but is fully researched: Both tanks, ELC AMX and AMX 12t, will be researched
    All undistributed experience goes from AMX 12t will be moved to the ELC AMX
    Any crew member in the barracks or in a tank, who possesses the tier 5 AMX 12t skills, get the ability to be used in the tier 6 AMX 12t without any changes or losses
    Tier 5 AMX 12t combat statistics will be moved to the tier 6 AMX 12t without any losses
    All AMX 12t modules in the depot that don’t fit other tanks will be automatically sold at the original purchase price
    All AMX 12t modules fitting other tanks will be saved in the depot, the same goes for shells of the respective guns

    Case 2. AMX 12t is in the garage at the time of the update release. All the rules as mentioned in Case 1 apply along with the following: AMX 12t as tier 5 light tank is substituted with AMX 12t as tier 6 light tank
    Ammunition mounted onto the AMX 12t goes to the depot
    Consumables and Equipment mounted onto the tier 5 AMX 12t remain on AMX 12t at tier 6.
    Players get the light French Tier 5 tank ELC AMX (without equipment, consumables, ammunition) and a garage slot for this tank for free
    Players get a new full crew for the ELC AMX with 100% training
    Camouflage mounted onto the Tier 5 AMX 12t is moved to tier 6 AMX 12t and to ELC AMX as well
    The expiration date of the camouflage on both vehicles stays the same as it was for the AMX 12t at the moment when the substitution takes place.




    Other French Tech Tree Changes:
    AMX 13 75 is going to be moved up to Tier 7
    АМХ 13 90 is going to be moved up to Tier 8
    Lorraine 40t is going to be moved up to Tier 9: There will be no additional compensation
    Modules will be changed to equivalent new ones
    Maybach HL 230P45 Engine and Gun 90mm DCA 45 mounted onto the tank go to the depot. The tank will have only stock modules and ammunition for the stock gun
    Shells for Gun 90mm DCA 45 go to the depot

    Bat Chatillon 25t is going to be moved up to Tier 10: There will be no additional compensation.
    Stock modules will be changed to equivalent new ones (both in the Tech tree and mounted onto the tank). There is nothing being moved to the depot
    All stock modules in depot that don’t fit other tanks are sold at original purchase price and credits go to player’s account
    Suspensions in depot are sold at original purchase price and credits go to player’s account
    Gun 105mm CN 105 57 will be mounted onto the tank only if the Gun 100 mm SA 47 was researched and mounted onto the tank
    If there was a Gun 90 mm DCA 45 mounted onto the tank the shells for it go to the depot and the gun will be replaced with the Gun 90mm F3

    Which is better for you and why?

    Higher speed and better move ability of BT-7 is are big adventages. Also like 37mm ZiS-19 more then M-6 canon.

    Hack is right, the build differs for every match. You have to build according to what item your enemy has. For example, if your enemies are all AD, then Magic Resist will be almost useless.


    i think it's better to use the Guide Given on the TSM homepage. There are all the different Builds for every champion. You should check it out, that's what the proffesional League of Legends Players use.
