    Kog'Maw for me because of his W... at least 4+ atk speed.. If you have at least 20% crit that means you will crit once each sec... also he has insane hp% damage.

    Kog is tank destroyer, and this is tank meta, also his AS + BotRK are insane combo, rat is good too, but kog's ulty with bonus dmg wins for sure
