    Look, Rengar is really strong, can't really gank till lvl 6, but he has a really good amount of damage. I prefer Vi, she has a good amount of damage too (even if playing tank), has good ganks and good engages in teamfight(Rengar is pretty useless in teamfights, very squishy). There's your answer buy Vi ( For jungle). For top I really had not played Vi, so If you wanna get a top hero you should buy Rengar. That's my opinion(I really don't know how good Vi is on top). :)
