    I was a WoW fan for a number of years. Got on reasonably well with SWTOR. Hated ESO. I'm playing text based MMOs again now after a break - I have 11000 hours in Avalon: The Legend Lives yet there's no shortage of things to do.

    For me not all new MMO's are good but here is my list

    1. Dragon Nest - animated hack and slash game
    2. Aeon - one of the best graphic MMO and air flight combat
    3. RF Online - open world sci fi game
    4. Cabal 2 - I am a Cabal 1 player nothing to deal about it LOL
    5. Rohan Blood Feud - one of the best open world PVP

    Aeon or Aion? Anyhow, it is kinda laggy for me when I do aerial combat. I hate it, I'd rather PVP on solid ground. But I love the fact that this game is a faction vs faction mmo.
    ROHAN imho is old but I always find myself going back to this game despite the fact that there's a lot of newly release mmo. Maybe, I find the newly release one as no improvement with the content and game play except they only have awesome graphics.
