I believe that the Book The Eleventh Plague should be turned into a movie. Really great book to read on your spare time :)

The Audio Programming Books by Richard Boulanger.

This book writing takes 10 years filled with lots of informative content yet understandable.

It'll be awesome if instead of text I got a passionate lecture explaining rocket science-like material in the class.

  5. It's actually quite hard to think of books that should be turned into movies, because so many books already are movies (books such as classic Shakespearean drama, classic novels, children's books, classic tales, etc.). Anything classic has likely already been adapted into a movie. Even trying to search on Google on Dr. Seuss books that aren't movies yet, like full movies, is pretty hard to find because there's been a movie for classic Dr. Seuess stories based on characters like the Grinch, the Cat in the Hat, and Horton. I guess a full modern movie adaptation of Dr. Seuss' Thidwick the Big-Hearted Moose would be nice.

LOL, I believe there is already a kid friend show dedicated to showing animations like the hungry caterpillar in film.

Artemis Fowl, the rights were sold in 2001 and it's just never happened, now Disney got their hands on it so hopefully it finally will!

  13. I kind of want to see a world history book get turned into a movie, but in an interesting way (reimagining and acting of notable scenes in history). Something like the film "300", but encompasses a more generalized history with scene transitions for each period in time instead of a specific period in time. Not some documentary like most history-based films are, but a film that's meant to be engaging and captivating.

You have movies/plays that are about specific events (300, like mentioned previously, which focuses on the Persian Wars; Julius Caesar by Shakespeare which focuses on the Roman era; Monty Python and the Holy Grail which focuses on the Dark Ages; and the list just goes on), but there's not really an entertaining movie that I know of that encompasses most of history.
